Return and Refund Policy

At DAY NIGHT MEN , we want to ensure that you’re completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you’re not, we offer a flexible return and refund policy.

Eligibility for Returns

• Items must be returned within 3 days of delivery
  – Items must be in their original condition with all tags attached
  – Items must not have been worn, used, or altered
• – Refunds are applicable only if the product is torn, completely defective, or if an incorrect item is delivered. No refunds will be provided for any other reasons.

Refund Options

– Refund to the original payment method or the Provided Bank details by the customer 
– Exchange for a different size/color/style (if available)
– Original Shipping costs will not be refunded 

Refund Timing

– Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days of receiving the returned item
– Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

Exceptions

– Final sale items are not eligible for returns or refunds
– Items damaged due to wear and tear or misuse are not eligible for returns or refunds

Shipping Costs

– Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
– Original shipping costs will not be refunded
